Hot Side Training Manual Use the form below to order CFESA's new Hot Side Training Manuals, an introduction to foodservice equipment repair. The Hot Side Training curriculum covers basic information on Electric, Gas and Steam equipment repair. CFESA offers the student version of the manual as well as an instructor version that comes with a PowerPoint teaching aid.

Beginning with the Fall 2012 EGS course, completion of the CFESA's Hot Side Training online test will be required prior to registration for the EGS (Electric, Gas & Steam) course.
