Level 1 - Installation or replacement of the same or similar, existing pieces of foodservice equipment in an existing foodservice establishment. Level 2 - Installation of new equipment for entire kitchens during remodel or construction phase, to include receiving, warehousing, consolidation of equipment and delivery for each phase of installation, assembly, set in place, leveled, caulked and trimmed as needed, with final connections made, started up and tested. Level 3 - Includes all of Level II and may or may not include all or some other options (such has Hoods, HVAC, Fire Suppression, Complete Electrical or Plumbing Contracting, Carpentry, Communications, Computers, Flooring, Roofing, Stainless Steel Welding, or Complete General Contracting as well as pulling all necessary Permits) Companies that are listed as Level III should be contacted to find out what options they offer.
Dues and Fees:
A non-refundable application fee of $250.00 must be submitted to Lisa Walker (Accounting
Administrator) at LWalker@CFESA.com. Membership dues are $1130.00 annually and will be
pro-rated according to the date of this application. Applications submitted and approved January 1 through June 30 pay a full years dues. Applications submitted July 1 through December 31 pay a half years dues. In addition, it is mandatory that all branch
locations be listed in the annual membership directory as Branch Members and paid for at
$330.00 per location. Please attach a list of these other locations and submit with this application.
