Class objective: BIB syrup set up and delivery, set up and start up of cold carbonation and standard carbonation. Setting brix by use of refractometer and brixing cup. Troubleshooting systems after install. Set up and install of both short draw and long draw beer/wine/cocktail/liquor systems as well as nitro cold brew coffee, including repair and maintenance of trunk line glycol systems, troubleshooting of system problems. Covers both push and pump systems.
This five-day course is designed to assist foodservice technicians learn the troubleshooting, maintenance and cleaning of beverage systems encompassing BIB systems, cold/standard carbonation, short/long draw beer/wine/ cocktail, liquor and cold brew coffee systems. We will also cover trunk line glycol systems and push and pump systems.
Course Cost = $750 for CFESA Members and $1500 for Non CFESA Members

Training Refund Policy Effective Jan. 1, 2017:

There will be no refunds issued for any CFESA training classes. If a company is not able to send their participant to the course, 50% of the course registration fee will be automatically forfeited. The remaining 50% registration fee will be applied to a credit that may be utilized towards another class. The credit must be utilized within 6 months or it will be automatically forfeited.
