All CFESA EGS&W courses are about hands-on troubleshooting. If your technician has worked in the field for 2 years or less or is a technician that needs a confidence boost to work in the field independently than this is the course designed just for that technician.

There are a limited amount of spaces available for each class, so sign-up for the course now and reserve spots for your technicians. This year we will be limiting the size to 20 students per class. If you have any questions regarding the course registration or content, please contact Linda Riley at or 336-346-4700.

Technicians must be familiar with electric, gas and steam theory, have basic mechanical aptitude and 6 months to 3 years experience in the foodservice industry. Technicians must be dedicated to maintaining a learning environment.
