This Ice Machine Repair Training Class will host equipment and factory trainers from Follett, Hoshizaki, Ice-o-Matic, Manitowoc, and Scotsman.

This is a unique opportunity for technicians to learn the specifics of five different brands in one five-day session.

Times: 8am – 4:30pm each day
Lunch 12pm – 1pm each day

CFESA is excited to partner with five of our manufacturing members to provide ice machine training. This course will consist of both hands-on and classroom training, providing exposure to five brands in one week. Traditionally this course fills quickly. Make sure to register your technicians today.

The skill level for participants attending this course should be mid-level to seasoned technicians. Entry-level technicians would not have the skill set needed to participate in this course.

This class is limited. Seats are not “reserved” until full payment is received.

Qualifications: Technicians must be familiar with electric, gas, and steam theory and have a working knowledge of foodservice equipment. Again, Entry-level technicians would not have the skill set needed to participate in this course.

Prerequisite: There is no standard prerequisite at this time, but we ask that managers consider the complexities of ice machines and determine if your technicians are suited to attend this training.
