                                                    Dave Neidlinger has been appointed  Director Global Tech-
                                                    nical Support  and Network Management – Hot Side. For
                                                    Welbilt   In this new role, Dave will partner to deliver solu-
                                                    tions  that significantly increase the level of  technical service
                                                    provided  to our  customers, drive  relentless reliability in
                                                    the Welbilt  brands,  and share best  practices between our
                                                    global product  lines.   He will be responsible for  ensuring
                                                    new product introductions are ready for roll-out to our cus-
                                                    tomers  by  coordinating  training,  technical  documentation
                                                    and fielded inventory levels with our  service partners.  He
                                                    will also manage the telephone call system improvements to
                                                    reduce wait times and increase quality of response across
                                                    all brands.   Dave will  also lead initiatives that make Welbilt
                                                    brands a renewed priority for the field  service network by
                                                    making us  easier to access and do business  with, while  at
                                                    the same time ensuring that our service network is perform-
                                                    ing to our expectations.

                                                                 of Technical Service.  Ken has extensive expe-
                                                                 rience in the food service industry in Technical
                                                                 Service along with other positions related to our
                                                                 industry.  Ken served as Frymaster’s Director of
                                                                 Technical Service from 1991 to 1999.
