Thoughts from the Trainers CFESA
TRAINING
CFESA’s Director of Training, Dan Reese has collaborated with our Manufacturing Partners
to provide several new courses based on equipment specific training for 2017. These classes
have been a huge success thus far and we look forward to adding more for next year.
Stephen Medlin, CFESA’s Marketing Administrator, contacted some of the trainers
participating in the courses to get their feedback on the program. Below is an email from
Scott Hughes of Henny Penny sharing his thoughts.
My experience for the first time I have ever trained at CFESA was a good experience. The
support from Dan, yourself, Linda as well as the other trainers from the other manufac-
tures was great.
I would like to say thanks to Pete Krause and Dan Reese for the simple fact it was their
collaboration that led to the opportunity for Henny Penny to come to CFESA and be a part
of the training sessions. If you know of others at CFESA that helped make this happen (per-
haps yourself and Linda) please say thank you for me.
The welcome atmosphere that you all pro-
vide at the CFESA facility is excellent, from
the training rooms, the lunch you provide
as well as hospitality of the CFESA staff is
great. I especially enjoyed the variety of
trainees from all across the United States
that gave me multitude of different per-
spectives.
Training at CFESA gives industrial food
equipment manufactures a platform like
no other to showcase the serviceability of
their equipment and the feedback from the
trainees that I received reflected as such!
