2017 Board of Directors Candidate

                                                                           Nick Cribb
                                                                         Sam Service

Before coming to SAM, I served as a banker at a
local (15) location bank in south GA. I was respon-
sible for the operations of the branch which includ-
                                                   ed consumer lending/HELOC, account manage-
ment, and other small investments support. This
experience taught me a greater understanding of
business operations and the immense value of

                                                   customer service.

I’ve been leading the operations of SAM for almost five years and was appointed
president almost two years ago. During this time, we have developed our small south
Georgia business into what our leadership team believes to be a culture that sets
the industry standard. We have grown from (4) to (15) technicians and have added
          (5) key office personnel.

SAM has been a CFESA certified company since August 2016 and has actively par-
ticipated in its mission and vision. I have personally matured as a professional as a
result of my CFESA networking and have been afforded the opportunity to serve on

several boards/committees for the greater good of the association and our industry
          as a whole.

Question 1: What prompted you to run for CFESA’s Board of Directors?
Honestly, I was flattered that I was even asked to run. I didn’t put much thought in to
pursing it though; I am a believer in CFESA and its vision/values and really do believe
          this industry’s potential is limitless.

Question 2: What skill sets do you have that would benefit the association if

you were elected to the Board of Directors?
I am ambitious and driven with a lot of God given charisma, but am perfectly okay
with not being the smartest person in the room. I feel I could use my general “great-
er good” mindset to be a servant-leader as a board member.
