              When I came to Vulcan almost ten years ago, we already
              had a long-standing relationship with CFESA.  Soon after
              my arrival, I had the great privilege of attending one of
              the national conferences.  It didn’t take long to start recog-

              nizing the wonderful benefits for my company as well as my own personal growth.
              Every conference features a variety of educational sessions that discuss pertinent
              issues, challenges and opportunities within the industry.  Perhaps more importantly
              to me, I am afforded the opportunity to meet, get to know and stay engaged with
              industry partners and friends from all over the US, Canada and beyond…all at one
              venue!  Since my first conference nearly a decade ago, I haven’t missed one since.

                                                                     other  manufacturing  companies  be-
                                                                     lieve that these events are only worth-
                                                                     while for the service agencies, that there

                                                                     will respectfully say that this viewpoint
