Who Can Join as a Voting Member?
Companies actively engaged in servicing, repairing, maintaining and providing parts for commercial foodservice equipment in restaurants, institutions, healthcare, government and corporate foodservice operations may qualify as Voting Members if they meet the following criteria:
- Have at least one (1) year of experience servicing commercial foodservice equipment
- Primarily focus on distributing quality parts and self-performing service
- Are not majority-owned by a restaurant, equipment dealer or other foodservice facility that qualifies for another membership category
- Derive at least 51% of their business from parts and service
- Operate from a recognized commercial facility that allows walk-in trade
- Are recommended by a current Voting Member in good standing
- Have at least one (1) year of experience servicing commercial foodservice equipment
- Primarily focus on distributing quality parts and self-performing service
- Are not majority-owned by a restaurant, equipment dealer or other foodservice facility that qualifies for another membership category
- Derive at least 51% of their business from parts and service
- Operate from a recognized commercial facility that allows walk-in trade
- Are recommended by a current Voting Member in good standing

Who Can Join as an Affiliate Service Member?
Companies actively engaged in servicing, repairing, maintaining and providing parts for commercial foodservice equipment but do not meet Voting Membership requirements — including those who do not self-perform service — may qualify as an Affiliate Service Member.
