Can you provide some examples of how you feel your industry exposure, business background, and experience within CFESA will benefit the board and ultimately, the membership?
I have been able to meet and earn trust from many people within our industry, just by being myself. My background as an entrepreneur and a banker couple together nicely to offer a perspective different from other current board members (in a good way). I like to think I have also earned the trust of many CFESA members through clear and candid communication. People appreciate kindness, but they also appreciate the truth.
