In this interactive session, participants will identify the 7 C’s of technical communication, how to leverage AI as an assistant in developing real-world based communication, and share the sample communication and identify opportunities for improvement.

10:30 – 12:00pm – Power of Where You Are – Individual Development Plans by Jeanne Kohler

In this interactive workshop, you will identify core strengths, core aspirations, and potential experiences in your current role. You will take a quick assessment to identify those skills that will be areas of focus. You will build upon your strengths and desired skills to develop a 5-year career plan that uses Powerful, Optimistic, and Wise goals focused on growing within your current organization while working in small groups.
