Associate Membership
Members that manufacturer commercial food service equipment are categorized as Associate Members. Please complete the Associate Member application below or visit the Associate Member page for more information.
Any firm, partnership or corporation actively engaged in the business of manufacturing commercial foodservice equipment shall be eligible for membership as an Associate Member of this association.
Dues and Fees:
An application fee of $250.00 must be submitted to Lisa Walker (Accounting Administrator) at
LWalker@CFESA.com. Membership dues are $990.00 annually and will be pro-rated according to the date of this application.
We, the undersigned, do hereby make application for membership in the Commercial Food Equipment Service Association, Inc.
and agree to abide by the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Association. Enclosed is my check for the application fee.
