This is a specialized training course designed for those looking to enter, or recently hired into the foodservice equipment repair industry. The candidates for this training will have little to no knowledge or skill set of the industry. This five-day class will act as the springboard of their career. The training will consist of company expectations, customer service, kitchen equipment operation, basic principles of electric, gas, and steam in addition to hands-on equipment training.

Course Cost = $1000 for CFESA Members and $2000 for Non CFESA Members

Training Refund Policy Effective Jan. 1, 2017:
(applies to ESGW, Refrigeration, NTT, & Management Training)
There will be no refunds issued for any CFESA training classes. If a company is not able to send their participant to the course, 50% of the course registration fee will be automatically forfeited. The remaining 50% registration fee will be applied to a credit that may be utilized towards another class. The credit must be utilized within 6 months or it will be automatically forfeited.
